Chrisley Knows BeststarTodd Chrisleyhas revealed that he got into a huge fight with one of his fellow inmates and wasnearly sent to a different facilitybecause of it. The real estate entrepreneur, who was sent to Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida after beingconvicted of bank fraud in 2022,discovered that another high-profile inmate,Rick Singer, was also serving his sentence there.
Singer infamously orchestrated the 2019 college admissions scandal involving celebrities likeLori Loughlin (Full House)andFelicity Huffman (Desperate Housewives). He was ultimately sentenced to prison for helping wealthy families cheat their way into elite universities. Apparently, Singer clashed with Chrisley, who revealed on theUnlockedwithSavannah Chrisleypodcast that he called Singer a “snitch” in response to his claims ofbeing set up by the FBI.

The tension between the two inmates escalated a few months later when Singer allegedlystarted attacking Chrisley’s daughter, Savannah. This led to the father of five confronting Singer and warning him against talking about his family. Chrisley recalls his exact words to Singer were: “If my daughter’s name comes out of your mouth again, I will rip your head off and s— down your neck.” After the ultimatum, Singer backed off and never approached Chrisley again. However, the confession has led many fans to speculate whether the feud was why Chrisley gotfired from his job in the prison chapel.

He may have made Singer’s life difficult, but Singer wasn’t the only person on Chrisley’s radar. Chrisley also said he took aim at making the people who worked at the prison miserable because he wasn’t happy with his accommodation. “I was surrounded by miserable human beings,” he said. “Every day, I got up, and it was my sole intent to make their life even more miserable because they were there to make our lives miserable."
Todd Chrisley’s wife Julie also appeared on the podcast and said her prison conditions were harsh, calling the officers “miserable human beings.” President Donald Trump pardoned the couple, who are now planning to move to Charleston, SC, and return to reality television.
The Chrisleys are set to return to TV with anew Lifetime series,The Untitled Chrisleys Project.A premiere date has not been announced yet.
