The Lincoln LawyerSeason 4 is further expanding its cast. Deadline reports thatFire CountryandCriminal MindsveteranJason O’Marais the latest to join Season 4 of the Netflix series, alongsideEmmanuelle Chriqui(Entourage),Nancy Silverton, andJavon Johnson(The Oval). Chriqui has been tapped to play Jeanine Ferrigno, the girlfriend of a local gangster who finds herself mixed up in a dangerous criminal enterprise which gives her information pivotal to Mickey’s (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) defense.Fire Countryveteran Jason O’Mara has been tapped for the role of Jack Gilroy, Maggie’s (Neve Campbell) current boyfriend, an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. Silverton will cameo as herself, a world-renowned chef and restaurant owner, and Johnson will play Carter Gates, a hardworking business owner who has turned his life around after a troubled youth.
The Lincoln Lawyeris a remake of the popular 2011Matthew McConaugheymovie that also stars Oscar-winnerMarisa Tomei. Both projects are based on the novel byMichael Connelly, who is credited as a writer and executive producer on all 30 episodes of the series.David E. KelleyandTed Humphreyadapted the series to television. Kelley is best known for his work onBig Little Lies, the popular HBO series starringNicole Kidmanthat will return for another season next year, and he also created other legal shows such asThe PracticeandL.A. Law. Humphrey has written movies such asThe TriangleandThe Code, and he’s also credited as a writer on other TV shows such asShark,Dr. Vegas,Wisdom of the Crowd,The Good Wife, and more.
